Our History
Athos Properties Group, Inc. is
owned and operated by the Alexander brothers Andy and Pete
Alexander. They started in the apartment business in Atlanta, GA in
1977 as apartment property brokers with Ackerman & Co. Andy and
Pete started their own brokerage firm in 1983 then began buying and
managing apartment properties in 1986. APG started fee management
services in 1991.
Andy and Pete realize “Making
great things happen while serving the community and building a
great place to work!” So much so, that in fact, that very statement
is our company motto. Providing exemplary service is our goal and
our mission. Exemplary service to our Residents, Employees and
Clients.
Our Portfolio
Today, APG owns and manages 30+
communities in 5 states totaling about 5,000 units.
